Is Korysnyk free to use?
The basic plan is completely free - 40 scans a day, 2 chats a week, 40 messages in chats, and photo submissions for moderation. Premium plans multiply these limits by 2, 5 or 10.
Which barcode formats are supported?
EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A and UPC-E with checksum validation. The scanner works locally on the device, and only the recognized code is sent to the server.
What if a product is not in the database?
Tap "Suggest a product" in the results window and send a few photos of the packaging. The team moderates it and adds it to the database. This is also included in the free plan (up to 40 submissions a day).
How do I change my list of allergies or conditions?
Go to Profile - Personal data - Edit. Any tag in your health profile can be added or removed, and the cache of personalized recommendations is recalculated automatically.
Can I use it offline?
The barcode scanner and history browsing work offline. Lumi analysis and Swapr personalized recommendations require a connection to the API, since they are computed on the server and by the LLM.
Which languages is the interface available in?
Ukrainian and English. The topical AI chats understand both languages too, but the descriptions of Ukrainian products are more complete.
Can I delete my account completely?
Yes. In account settings, choose "Delete account". Deletion is a soft-delete with a 30-day recovery window, after which the data is erased permanently.
How do Nutri-Score and NOVA group work?
Nutri-Score is a European A-E scale based on nutrition. The NOVA group classifies the processing level from 1 to 4 (1 - minimally processed, 4 - ultra-processed). Both are computed on the first scan and cached by EAN13.
